For international students
İstinye welcomes students from Pakistan for English-taught programmes in health, engineering and business, and offers discounts for international students. Main intakes are September and February.
Private (foundation) universities in Turkey admit international students mainly on the basis of their high school or bachelor's results, so entrance exams are usually not required. English-taught programmes need proof of English (such as IELTS or TOEFL) or a pass in the university's own English test; otherwise you can join a one-year English preparatory programme. After admission you apply for a Turkish student visa and then a student residence permit in Turkey. Many universities offer tuition discounts for international students.
