About Lakehead University
Lakehead University is a public research university in Ontario, founded in 1965, with campuses in Thunder Bay and Orillia. It has nine faculties, including Business Administration, Engineering, Education, Health and Behavioural Sciences, Science and Environmental Studies, Law and Medicine.
Lakehead's business school is AACSB-accredited, the only one in northern Ontario, and the university hosts the Bora Laskin Faculty of Law and a campus of NOSM University (the Northern Ontario medical school).

The main campus is in Thunder Bay, on the shore of Lake Superior in north-western Ontario, surrounded by forests and lakes. The second campus is in Orillia, about 1.5 hours north of Toronto.

For international students
Lakehead welcomes international students, including students from Pakistan. The main intake is September, and some programmes also start in January or May. You will need academic transcripts and an English test such as IELTS or TOEFL.
