For international students

Üsküdar welcomes students from Pakistan for English-taught programmes, with main intakes in September and February, and offers discounts for international students.

Private (foundation) universities in Turkey admit international students mainly on the basis of their high school or bachelor's results, so entrance exams are usually not required. English-taught programmes need proof of English (such as IELTS or TOEFL) or a pass in the university's own English test; otherwise you can join a one-year English preparatory programme. After admission you apply for a Turkish student visa and then a student residence permit in Turkey. Many universities offer tuition discounts for international students.
