Berlin, Germany
IU teaches at more than 35 campus locations across Germany. The courses listed here are on campus in Berlin, Germany's capital and largest city, which has a large international community and many part-time jobs for students.
Since 2024–25, IU no longer offers its fully online degrees to most international applicants outside Germany, Austria and Switzerland, so international students usually study on campus.
IU accepts students from Pakistan for English-taught bachelor's and master's programmes, with several intakes a year. As a private university IU charges tuition fees, and it often offers scholarships that reduce the fee. For the German student visa you need your admission letter, proof of funds (usually a blocked account) and health insurance.
